The math, for a team of 25
Axe Perk for 25 employees is $300 a month — $12 per person. A single visit normally costs $25–$30. If 10 of your 25 people use it once in a month, your team has had $250 or more of experiences, and every extra visit after that costs you nothing. It is a perk with a real dollar value that you can name in an offer letter.

Questions
Who can apply for a business account?
Businesses and organizations booking for business purposes. We do not offer personal credit. You will need your company's legal name and EIN, 2 business references, and a business credit or debit card to keep on file. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
How long does approval take?
Applying online takes about 10 minutes. We check your references and details and email you a decision, no later than 30 days after we have a complete application.
What are the payment terms?
Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. You can be invoiced after each event or once a month, and pay by card, ACH bank transfer or check.
Is there a charge for paying late?
Amounts not paid by the due date carry a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) simple interest on the unpaid amount, plus a one-time $25.00 administrative fee per past-due invoice. Amounts you dispute in good faith are not charged late fees while the dispute is open.
When is the card on file charged?
Only if an invoice is still unpaid 5 days after its due date, and only after we email you at least 7 days before the charge. If you enroll in an employee perk plan with automatic payment, the plan fee (monthly, or once a year if you prepay annually) is charged to it too. No card surcharge is added.
Can we change or cancel a booking?
All sales are final and we do not give refunds. You can reschedule up to 2 hours before the start time. A reservation cancelled before it starts can be turned into a credit of equal value for a future visit. Cancellations inside 2 hours and no-shows are charged.
Can more than one person book on our account?
Yes. Invite coworkers as bookers, accounts payable or view-only users, and set a booking limit for each person. You can require two-factor sign-in for everyone.
Do you put our PO number on invoices?
Yes. Add a purchase order number to each booking and it appears on the invoice. A PO number is for your records; it does not change the due date.
How do employee perk plans work?
You enroll employees by name and work email, up to your plan size. Each employee gets an email sign-in link and books their own perk sessions online, on the days the plan includes. You can add or remove people any time, see how the plan is used, and change size as your team grows. The plan is billed monthly to your business account, or once a year if you prepay annually.
Can coworkers book together?
Yes. An employee can book a perk session with up to 2 enrolled coworkers, up to 3 people per booking. Each coworker included uses their own perk session, so perks stay personal and are never pooled.
Can employees bring friends or family?
Yes. Guests can be added to the same perk booking, up to 3 people in total, and pay our regular price at check-in. The employee who books is responsible for their guests' payment. Perk sessions themselves are personal to the enrolled employee.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then continue month to month. Cancel from your account portal and the plan ends at the close of the paid month. Or prepay a year and save 10%: the full year is paid up front by card or ACH, it is not refundable, and it renews at the then-current annual price after a 30-day reminder unless you turn renewal off or switch to monthly.
Can we add employees in the middle of an annual plan?
Yes. Moving up a plan size takes effect right away, and you pay only the difference between the two annual prices for the days left in your year. Moving down takes effect at renewal.
Do guests need to sign anything?
Every guest signs our liability waiver at each visit, and a photo ID is required for attractions limited to ages 18 and up.
